Coaching for Recovery, Reset, and Resilience: Client Care in a Pandemic
From health to work to the patterns of daily life, global society is just beginning to understand the broad-ranging impacts of the COVID -19 pandemic. As we continue to navigate the effects of this crisis, a unique opportunity has arisen for health coaches to bring their skill set to the front line of healing. Coaches who can speak to this moment offer clients the possibility of greater understanding, greater health, and greater resiliency. In this course, you’ll explore the latest Functional Medicine science on botanicals, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine as they relate to COVID-19, and you’ll build foundational knowledge in how to partner with clients to develop the emotional and physical resilience required to recover and reset. You’ll complete the course ready to facilitate client resilience and co-create openings for new healthy rhythms.
